Invited to Apply to NYSAF’s 2024 Filmmakers’ Workshop

Caitlin McCarthy was recommended by the Writers Guild of America East to the New York Stage and Film (NYSAF)’s 2024 Filmmakers’ Workshop as “as an exceptional pre-guild writer whom our program would be lucky to consider…. Our program accepts submissions on an invitation-only basis, and we wanted to extend one to you given your impressive track record as a storyteller.”

This is a long-standing paid screenwriting fellowship that provides writers with the resources needed to develop their stories, and advance their careers.

By way of the NYSAF workshop, their writers have been staffed on shows like Netflix's Bridgerton, HBO’s Black Lady Sketch Show, NBC’s Law & Order SVU, Showtime’s The First Lady, and dozens more have secured representation.
